The reception area has lots of different things. There are rocks everywhere, items from my youth, and books on geology and American Indians with a special section of ancient Indian artifacts.
Gallery images line the hallway wall and into the bedroom, with a hint of more art in the bathroom. With a small space, I put the art wherever I can.

Entrance to Library—The large bookcase contains some very old encyclopedias, high school and university yearbooks, biographies, linguistics, books on philosophy and religion, and other misc books and stuff. The narrow book rack contains all things Washington State: History, Geology, Places, and Destinations.
Inside wall of library and office. This section features a large area about music, biographies, history, and so forth. There are also sections featuring reading on race in America, including biographies. Other sections include books on plants and landscaping, NW birds and trees, and misc items, with rocks, fossils, and souvenirs crammed everywhere.
Outside wall of library and office. Rocks, fossils, film cameras and darkroom equipment from my first Brownie Hawkeye to my best Mamiya 67 studio camera plus more books on anthropology, history, biology, art, science in general, graphology, and misc general knowledge books. Top shelf also has a number of books from the 1800s.
Misc. items scattered around. Much of what I have along these lines remains in storage for now.
